Our Story
Skywater Publishing Cooperative brought independent writers, editors, artists, and marketers together with a shared vision of a special publishing experience. We strive to find the sweet spot between traditional, independent, and self publishing that may offer better flexibility, collaboration, and rewards on the back-end for all involved.
Our mission is simple.
Create a collaborative publisher with other writers, artists, editors, and marketers.
Apply our collective know-how to publish emerging and unpublished authors.
And reward our collaborators with a share of the profits on the back-end.

With a combined 70+ years of experience in book publishing, editing, and marketing, our tight-knit team of professionals took their shared passion for books to a more entrepreneurial level. We love exceptional writing and compelling stories and thought why not work together to make something of our natural skill-sets and offer something new to the world.

Submit your book
We are open for very select submissions. Since we run on volunteer staff and our pipeline is full, we can only take the prime manuscripts that come our way. So, if you have a best-seller, submit it!
